Five-Day Training Programme on Mediation Skills and Techniques
A five-day training programme on mediation skills and artistic techniques, conducted for the selection of new mediators for the No. 54 Harispattuwa Mediation Board, commenced on 24 November 2025 at the main conference hall of the Harispattuwa Divisional Secretariat, under the patronage of Mr. Mohan Dharmadasa, Divisional Secretary of Harispattuwa.
The training programme was held over five days, from 24 November 2025 to 05 December 2025. Following the completion of the five-day programme, a written examination was also conducted. Resource contributions for the training were provided by Mr. Sarath Laksiri, Mediation Training Officer of the Kandy District, and Mr. Keerthi Liyanage, Mediation Training Officer of the Galle District. The programme was organized by Mr. Manas, Mediation Officer of Harispattuwa.
