Vision	Implementing and maintaining a sound financial management (accounting) system to achieve the overall objectives of the Divisional Secretariat Division.
Main Functions	Maintaining annual and valuation works Preparing the procurement plan of the year All the activities related to payments Matters relating to all business account transactions Conducting Board of surveys Handling Audit queries Preparing financial statements Renewing licenses

Registrar Division

Vision	Assisting in protecting the rights of the people by issuing copies of birth, marriage and death registration certificates and preserving those certificates
Main Functions	Issuing of birth, marriage and death certificate Issuing of license in accordance with Kandyan and common marriage certificate Marriage Registration Registration matters with regard to divisions

Vision

To ensure that citizens Harispattuwa Divisional Secretariat Division are satisfied of getting an efficient and effective Land administrative service with all service requirements including the best accuracy, speed of delivery and the human touch
